I had a great experience using this store for my shipping and boxing needs. The owner could not have been more responsive, helpful, and genuine. In an exercise that is often confusing and frustrating, his goodwill and earnest desire to help made it go smoothly and logistically align. I will definitely be using this store for all my shipping needs in the area!

Words don’t describe the professionalism and customer service provided by Montrose Mail Box. They took my parcel which was a giant bed frame, and made sure it was shipped accordingly and done correctly. Brian was on point and made sure to follow through with shipment and assistance on the matter. Easily would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a reliable Mailbox/Parcel service.
Excellent service. I don't know when the place came under new or different management, but I feel welcomed now. This was a place to avoid a few years back, but the staff is different and friendly, service is quick and I don't feel like I'm putting anyone out is asking for assistance.
