The lighting selection is phenomenal and pricing is fair. I purchased some lights but when I did the manufacturer (no fault of Montreal Lighting’s) discontinued them so they could not fulfil the entire order. Montreal Lighting offered suggestions to replace them but once I received them I didn't like them as much. Despite challenging circumstances outside of Montreal Lighting’s control, customer service worked diligently with me to make sure everything was settled. Made an order on May 18. They sent the wrong items. Send them back with their fedex label and it was returned on June 13. Contact them again on June 15 and received an email from their Agent A. O who advised us they still wait for their manufacturer . Wait for nearly 1 month with multiple phone call and finally hears back from A.O today who told us they never received a return.
I was looking for a very particular part that was currently on back order and Elaine was a real help in quickly finding me an acceptable substitute. THANK YOU.
Ordered 6 lights in Dec and was only shipped one. Had to reach out and they said they could no longer supply the remaining 5 and offered me some alternatives. I ordered the alternative to try but since I hadn’t seen them in person like my original order I didn’t like them once I received them. They said they’d charge me a 50% restock fee to return so I had to fight with them since those weren’t what I even wanted originally anyways. Hands-down, customer service wins. I called a number of stores for information on a very specific dated track, light head and was well taken care of by Montreal Lighting i terms of response to questions, product information and pricing. Bravo Salvatore!
