I purchased a light for a condo that wound up not being right for the space, and they were super helpful in not only helping me return that fixture, but getting me the required part to make the original fixture work. Mily was really great, and I can't recommend them enough!
Julia was exceptionally helpful in looking at the possibility of placing a Flos Arco lamp in the living room of our new home. When there were shipping delays, she regularly checked into give us delivery updates. When prices of the lamps came down, she worked with us to secure discounts. All in all a great experience!
