Very disappointing experience. The bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately gave a bad impression. The staff were unpleasant, pushy, and seemed more interested in upselling than making clients feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the atmosphere. Many of the women appeared exhausted, unhappy, and worn out. Rather than seeming comfortable or engaged, they looked like they were simply going through the motions out of obligation. I went to both location the vip and the regular one This would be my favorite spa of all times The room i was in is a jaccuzi it was such a great experience everybody was super professional and welcoming
