Unfortunately there is not an option for 'TERRIBLE' and so 'Mediocre' will have to do. I would warn anyone and everyone from using this service. We booked them for a wedding they were supposed to pick the bride up and drive her to the venue-a 10 minute drive. 15 minutes after they were supposed to be there one of the brides maids phoned the Limo only to be told that the limo would not be coming!!!
