this place needs to be shutdown and animals need to be given to someone else. water is filthy, cages are so small.. specially the hyacinth macaw. poor baby just wanted some water and obviously more space. no idea where all the employees are, the ones we saw were all grouped together. save your money and go to the birmingham zoo
