Maded several visit in past few months to visit my sister & I have made several complaints. Staff will make some changes for a few days & etc, then back to their same( Neglecting my sister again. Today was really bad, when we arrived to visit with her ( my sister ) she was un dressed lying in a urinal bed and feces was in her chair, bathroom was not clean & when I asked staff why they had not cleaned her and they stated that she had a bath yesterday WOW & this was closed to lunch time.
