This place did not know the tax law for caregivers and cost us our whole tax return. When we questioned them about it a year later, after the new place determined the previous year's had been done incorrectly, they told us it was ultimately our responsibility. (They did pay us back the fee we paid them to do the taxes) Do we not pay them to know the laws and do our taxes because they are supposed to be the professionals? If there was a negative score I would give it.
These folks are absolutely top notch!!! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Could not find anyone better to work with on my taxes.
