After a sprained tendon and broken bones in my foot, I was amazed at how the doctor's plan skimmed the top of my needed recovery. Carol addressed issues directly related to my recovery and healing process. Her sessions have never disappointed!
Carol Montgomery is the best teacher! I have learned so much from her. She goes beyond telling or showing you what to do. She uses all kinds of props to illustrate and makes things clear and fun.
