The bus driver 18-95 was so rude to my child and many others and when I approached for to talk to her she had a nasty attitude and asked me if I can read or understand English . After I told her that I have a degree she quickly shut her mouth and pulled off some people should not drive kids if they don't know how to treat other children

My daughter left her book bag on the bus since Wednesday today their was a substitute said he will be back tomorrow unfortunately no school tomorrow so I missed an hour of work to go to troy highway office to get them to give her regular driver my number and I can meet him somewhere they talking about he is sick I stated I understand but what that have to to with yall just call him to give him my number smh I would never had to miss work if they answer the phones smh I know he wouldn't mind getting my number it wouldn't hurt... read more

The department lacks proper management and accountability. They never answer phone calls, and there’s no bus tracking system to inform when buses will arrive. Buses are either always late by up to an hour or leave too early, leaving children exposed to extreme weather conditions for extended periods. This demonstrates a lack of concern for children’s safety. Waste of public tax money.
