Service is so bad it’s ridiculous
Yall need to learn how to start answering the damn phone
They dont care about children safety. Bus drivers drive like they were just handed their licenses, running over curbs and speeding over speed bumps. Most sub bus drivers never know the route and the students have to tell them where to go. You can’t even call up to MPS transportation because they either have an attitude or they don’t answer the phone. Nobody has time for this mess. Unorganized and very unprofessional. Quit hiring people who don’t care about the well being and safety of other peoples children.
The bus schedule is not accurate. In the morning and evening, it is late by 10-20 minutes, and there is no seat belt on the bus. I am shocked. Why is there no seat belt?
