This is an excellent practice. The physical therapists and assistants are amazing. However, the front desk experience has become absolutely brutal. Unprofessional, uncaring, and untrained. I have never dealt with anything like it. We will continue to see Dr. Keeling, but we will never return to Montgomery Physical Therapy for treatment because the front desk staff are inconsiderate and incompetent.
I completed PT with Jonathan for a lower back injury. When I started therapy, I was in excruciating pain and I could barely move. Physical therapy was very hard given the nature of my injury, but it was 100% worth it. Jonathan helped me build my core and by the time our sessions were over after three weeks, I had started building my core and I could see the benefits of all the exercises we did.
