I can’t recommend Tracy enough. I started seeing her after my shoulder surgery when everything felt tight, restricted, and honestly a bit discouraging. She uses Active Release techniques and it made such a difference in loosening up the scar tissue and surrounding muscles. I could actually feel my range of motion improving after sessions. I was connected to Tracy through my workplace and I will be forever grateful for that. I injured my neck pretty badly right before leaving for a 14 hour long car journey and she was able to fix me to almost 100% new. I cannot speak highly enough of her skills and talent and would highly recommend her to anyone in need!
In Fall 2024, I saw Tracy for chronic achilles issues during my training for a marathon. Her treatment, which included shockwave therapy, allowed me to keep training and hit key workouts. Without her, I am not sure I would have made it to the starting line, let alone beat my race goal. Thanks Tracy!
