Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews that you see on the website trust me they are paid for. The firm is very slow on getting back with clients on things they are asking for or need help with, nor do they check on you during the treatment stage of the process. Another issue they have is anytime that you ask to speak to a certain person at the firm you will always be redirected back to your case manager which is very irritating when your trying to help them in getting your case finished and closed out. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!! Find an attorney who believes in using modern technology. The car wreck cowboy is stuck in the past. The only technology they use is email and the telephone. This law firm has no sense of urgency and doesn’t care about what the client has going on. Michelle C. and Ginger M. act like you’re a bother and they don’t care about resolving things quickly.
