Don't Bother. It's weird. It looks just like a bike shop all full of new bikes, but it's just a place for an incredibly rude man to not offer any sort of service. Just after opening, I needed a chain cleaned ans lubed and I had a whole day to leave the bike. No Way was the answer. I looked around for all the service bikes and then realized there weren't any... Maybe that's why. Good luck.
I’ve always had excellent service at the Loveland location. Matt, Don and crew are very helpful. Their electric bike rental is inexpensive and tons of fun.I will be back!
Only minor fixes on my bike so they did it for free. Very nice customer service
EXTREMELY RUDE doesn’t even come close. I never take the time to review anything, good or bad, but this was the worst (albeit brief) experience I’ve ever had at a store. I simply popped in to see if they had a replacement front derailleur and he looked at me like, how DARE I have the audacity to ask such a stupid question without any further detail. I told him what bike it was for, and he proceeded to tell me that doesn’t help, he needs to know the speed, etc. But at this point, it was the strangest, most awkward interaction... read more
Great place . Matt was awesome ! I was part of a group doing the OTET from northern Ohio to Cincinnati and back. On the return trip I developed a problem with my bike. To fix it properly would have taken a while, but He was able to get it functional for me so I could stay with my group. Thanks for the great service!
