Came into the shop with brake issues. Adjusted it in 5 mins and gave me a lil education on the mechanics of it all. Good people who want to help

Don't Bother. It's weird. It looks just like a bike shop all full of new bikes, but it's just a place for an incredibly rude man to not offer any sort of service. Just after opening, I needed a chain cleaned ans lubed and I had a whole day to leave the bike. No Way was the answer. I looked around for all the service bikes and then realized there weren't any... Maybe that's why. Good luck.
I’ve always had excellent service at the Loveland location. Matt, Don and crew are very helpful. Their electric bike rental is inexpensive and tons of fun.I will be back!
Only minor fixes on my bike so they did it for free. Very nice customer service
