The two gentleman at this location are so kind!!! I pulled out my mom’s old bike and the tires were flat as the state of Kansas. I’m not very familiar with bikes, didn’t have a pump, and went there as my last ditch effort. Not only did they let me use their air pump for free, one of the guys (I wish I had learned his name!!) showed me how to do it. Such a great place, would definitely recommend, and will be going back there to purchase any bike needs!
Stopped by yesterday afternoon with my wife and was asked what we needed. Told the guy I was after a new helmet and my wife wanted to get sized for a bike. Guy pointed to the helmets and the bikes and walked away. We were literally the only customers in the store. Wish I grabbed his name since reviews seem to match my experience.
I had a great experience with Montgomery Cyclery in Loveland! I brought in my son’s Micro scooter to have the wheel and brake replaced. Although they don’t normally service this particular brand, and I had brought the replacement parts myself, they were kind enough to help me get everything replaced. Stopped in to see about having my shifter adjusted on an e-bike. Was told "We only service e-bikes we sell". No further explanation. I'd have been happy to pay, and afaik the shifting mechanism is no different than a non e-bike. Also, it was like 1pm on a weekday. The place was completely dead. Don't bother going if you have an e-bike I guess 🤷♂️
Went in today to potentially purchase a SUV bike rack and with a few questions about my bike. There was only one man working there and he couldn’t careless about any of my questions or to assist in anyway😂😂
