Stopped in to see about having my shifter adjusted on an e-bike. Was told "We only service e-bikes we sell". No further explanation. I'd have been happy to pay, and afaik the shifting mechanism is no different than a non e-bike. Also, it was like 1pm on a weekday. The place was completely dead. Don't bother going if you have an e-bike I guess 🤷♂️
Went in today to potentially purchase a SUV bike rack and with a few questions about my bike. There was only one man working there and he couldn’t careless about any of my questions or to assist in anyway😂😂
My wife was passing through on a busy Saturday with bike trouble and they took care of her quickly and kindly. Matt was kind and helpful! Thank you so much!
