What a horrible treatment on the phone, your staff is unpleasant.
Multiple occasions of having a hard time. 20 minutes after they open, I tried to call two times in a row, went straight to voicemail. Both times saying that all lines are busy… No room to even leave a voicemail, because this is an important matter… a separate time i call to give them a prescription for formula that my peds requested for a specialty formula and the girl who was on the phone was rude about telling me wic won’t cover it.. explaining why and apologizing for the inconvenience would’ve been nice but all I got was ... read more

I have had nothing but a positive experience from anyone helping me at MOCO WIC. It's been a year and there have been zero issues with my benefits or setting up appointments. They have all been so kind and caring.
