Every other office in Montgomery County understands that the people that pay for our public building have the right to video and observe our taxpayer funded employees in the course of their duties.FOR SOME REASON THE TREASURER OFFICE AND THE TAXPAYER FUNDED PEOPLE IN THIS BUILDING THINK THEY ARE THE BOSSES OVER THE PUBLIC!!!!NOT!!!!AS FOR THE SIGN IN SHEET AT SECURITY, LOSE IT!!!IT'S A VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION!!!!!

The African American lady behind the counter is a mean old racist. 100% . Started problems where there was none. Looking for a fight. Idk her name but I bet the other lady’s that are nice do. What a shame because I never have an issue here. Im at the tax office!! I’m the one who should be mad!!

Dealing with the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau has been one of the most frustrating experiences. The staff are consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional in their interactions. It feels as though they prioritize pushing people into losing their properties rather than working out agreements to help property owners. Despite efforts to cooperate and reach a solution, their lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist is disheartening. I called early so I must have gotten all the nice people. They were kind and courteous and very helpful.

Very rude employees who are not helpful and not knowledgeable. They do not try to resolve issues and if anything create more chaos, talk over you, don’t listen to the issues, run you around in circles, don’t acknowledge or address problems their office has created, and provide no information on where to go or who to contact to actually get the help you need.
