Dealing with the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau has been one of the most frustrating experiences. The staff are consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional in their interactions. It feels as though they prioritize pushing people into losing their properties rather than working out agreements to help property owners. I called early so I must have gotten all the nice people. They were kind and courteous and very helpful.

Very rude employees who are not helpful and not knowledgeable. They do not try to resolve issues and if anything create more chaos, talk over you, don’t listen to the issues, run you around in circles, don’t acknowledge or address problems their office has created, and provide no information on where to go or who to contact to actually get the help you need.

They think they are above the law. They will get punished someday. They told us the office is just a collection office. They are fraud, cheating, scam, stealing tax payers' money without shame.
