Have been calling for hours over numerous days. Why do you have a phone. Answer it please.
Efficient and clean office. We waited all of 5 minutes in the lobby for our number to be called. The clerk easily handled our specialty plate and vehicle renewal. 10x easier and faster than Harris County

The woman working at Counter #5 is the most incompetent person I’ve come into contact with. I have come to this tax office a total of 4 times since November 2024, and for some reason I always seem to get her. She is extremely incompetent. I have purchased two vehicles, and brought in titles for transfer. Every time, she starts panicking and shakes, exclaiming, “I’m so afraid to make a mistake!” She also moves slow as molasses.
It seems as though the clerks at this location make a special effort to decline paperwork, and every single one of them tells you something different. Coming here to do a title change after buying a vehicle always is a challenge.It shouldn’t take multiple trips. I have a job that I have to keep taking time off to come back every single time. Just process my paperwork and take my money , I’m not asking for it for free.
