reddish blonde lady here is very rude, and wasted my time. I can up here multiple times and she just kept finding a reason for stuff to be wrong, once I finally had everything correct she said I lied and didn’t get my paper actually signed my the person who needed to sign.
the ladies here make you waste your time. Extremely rude and unprofessional, don’t even bother coming here. I tried getting a title transfer and I came here TODAY 3 times at this point I’m going somewhere else. First time, honest mistake I get it it was my fault because I had a paper wrong , after that I came and another lady noticed another error in which I had to leave and go to the guy who sold me the car to sign something he didn’t sign and so I went and came back. Horrible service. They don’t tell you everything you need at once. I originally went last week a few times only to replace my lost plate because i drive my grandfather to the hospital for his cancer appointments and these people made something so simple such a hassle. I went 4 times in the past two weeks because every time i went, they requested something new.
