I went to this office because I heard they were much more efficient then the Humble ofc. The lady was very nice and very helpful. Great experience. In & out in less than 45 mins!
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: If you're going up there to pay for a ticket dismissal, it is CASH ONLY! They don't tell you until you get ready to pay. There are NO SIGNS that say this either. They have a woodforest bank ATM in the lobby, but I don't use ATMs that aren't where I bank because of the extra fees, so I had to leave and come back. Also, if you do use your card for other things, of course they charge the extra fee for that.
I just went for my car registration, was in and out in less than 5 mins.
Be prepared to come back several times for dumb reasons.
This is my 4th trip to this office all for different vehicles over the past few months, and as always I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. I didn't have an appointment and was up to the counter within 10 minutes, had my title transfer taken care of and finished the entire trip in 15 to 20 minutes total. I have only had good experiences from this location, and will definitely keep using this office for my future needs.
