Long over due. Sorry for the late review Joanie. Im a disabled Vet, Joanie went above and beyond customer service, extremely patient. It was a very tedious transaction swapping around plates from DV to Handy cap symbol etc. She stayed on the phone with the main Office for over an hour, patient and kind the whole time. This is what customer service and public service is all about. Thank you again. “Please be nice to our public workers”
The lady on #2 is a miserable person who will nitpick and deny your paper work. If she denies your paperwork for some BS just get back in line and go to a different clerk, 2nd one approved the same exact paperwork.
