We had a wonderful experience at the Montgomery County Tax Office. The entire process of registering our car went smoothly and efficiently, and we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Queue is great. Walk in there is a device w touchscreen which greets you. Here, the machine helps guide you through the process. Upon acquiring your number it is advisable for you to wait in the reception area where there is ample seating on not-too uncomfortable chairs. The mood is quiet and our host device broadcasts in aa quite pleasant voice e.g. "Now serving T126 at station 5". My experience was lovely. Had no idea this was here! But pretty much immediate service and very helpful staff with getting a replacement vehicle registration sticker. Will definitely be coming back to this one in the future instead of the one in Conroe that is always so busy and crowded.

Long over due. Sorry for the late review Joanie. Im a disabled Vet, Joanie went above and beyond customer service, extremely patient. It was a very tedious transaction swapping around plates from DV to Handy cap symbol etc. She stayed on the phone with the main Office for over an hour, patient and kind the whole time. This is what customer service and public service is all about. Thank you again. “Please be nice to our public workers”
