Called to obtain information and was provided with intake phone number. However, the person answering the call was not necessarily pleasant and appeared "annoyed" at having to provide information.

There wasn't any legal help period. For " unfair trade practices, exploitation & consumer fraud." They referred me too, the human rights commission.
