I recently moved to Virginia and called the Commissioner of Revenue Office to find out what my taxes might be on my two vehicles and my house. I spoke to Cassidy and Lydia who were amazingly helpful, patient, and kind. No one likes to pay taxes. But it makes it much easier when you know that people like Lydia and Cassidy are there to help navigate the process. Jeff Pless

Problem has been going on for awhile they keep garnishing my check at my job. For property I do not own or ever owned its ridiculous have had them remove it. And yet they still take my check for it and they do nothing about it or help people with issue. Even had a letter from the owner stating I do not own it. And I only rent it and now I've completely moved from the property over a year ago and still they bill me and take my check
