Had to come for a speeding ticket and had never been here before. Security was very nice and helpful. The clerks on the 3rd floor were also very great at their jobs. Wasn’t happy with myself about getting the ticket, but they made it easy and less stressful going to court.
The people I spoke to where kind and so was I but..theres always a but haha anyways I've been getting a constant runaround about assistance I do not understand how to do something yet I was told they could not give me the information I asked if I needed to make an appointment I was told no I arrive surprise I need an appointment I dont understand also assistance navigating there website is not allowed? Extremely unhelpful it's gotten lazy up there I just really needed help and still am very lost this was terrible
