Absolutely terrible service!! The dispatcher was rude, and used foul language! I gave him the address where I was at, even the name of the business and he said I was wrong... That the business wasn't on that street. How could you employ someone at a taxi service who doesn't even know the area?! That'll be the last time I call them for cab service... I'd give them zero stars if I was able! Next time I need a cab, I'll call another taxi service or walk.

Sad called a cab for a customer who was little intoxicated and asked for a cab called angels taxi who is owned by montgomery cab and he laughed and said no thanks we not sending a cab and told him is sad he is not willing to help and he just laughed saying ha u think is sad. Very poor human being owning a business that is ment for thing as this and don't care just laugh it off there should be a law against them saying no.
I call this company quite often & my biggest issue is how they have no sense of time. If you say that the cab will be there in 45 mins but they don't get to my house until an hour later is really inconsiderate considering I'm paying for a service that isn't being provided as it said it would be. & also one of the people who answers the phone can be quite rude when speaking to people.
Customer service is the best!
