Montezuma County residents…BEWARE!! This office is either incredibly sloppy or incredibly unethical. Either one is unacceptable for an office that is responsible for determining your property tax. Their tax valuation amount for our property was based on inaccurate information, missing data and mathematical errors that directly affected my property taxes due.
