I stopped here on my cross country trip to fix my front wheel and they were super friendly and fast so I could get back on the road. I fully recommend this shop to any bike enthusiasts needing a repair or anything bike related.
Was doing a 5,000 e-bike ride for Cancer, Alzheimer's, and the Wounded Warrior Project. A lady backed into my son's e-bike and knocked it over with her bumper. Didn't notice right away from visual look over but she caused some damages. I called over there asking if they knew any e-bike shop that could true a wheel thinking that was my problem, the gentleman informed me that they could I was a little surprised thinking that this was just a regular bike shop. We can only say great things about Montezuma Bikes. We were passing through (Tucson to Michigan) and our bike rack failed. We called near closing time. Jed (and his wife) were extremely generous when they delivered the bike rack to us in Meade (after hours). He even brought a drill to ensure proper attachment, while also helping to install it...then offered a discount! The rack works great. Easily the nicest local bike shop owner I've met in 40+ years of cycling.
Have had montezuma bikes work on my bike more than once and have always got it back with the job well done now there selling onewheels come check them out
