Stay away if at all possible!!! State currently has fines against this place of $3000.00 per day (as of end of Sep 2011) and things are still not being changed by management/owners. It has been over a year now that this facility has been open for business. The main problem with this place is it’s management, Stonegate out of Lewisville Texas, and this places’ owner(s), they care more about profit than residents’ care.
