Nothing but amazing things to say about MKU Shavano! My son started when he was 4 months old and from the beginning, the staff and teachers have been so caring and loving. We really appreciate the level of care they have given him. The daily updates, open communication and activities they do with the students is wonderful. Having that peace of mind every day is priceless. The infant room teachers are the best! We appreciate everything y'all have done!

My family (my husband, myself and my children) have all had wonderful growing experiences. We love the program and the genuine labor of love from the teachers and management at MKU Shavano. Anytime I have questions, they are addressed. Concerns are valued. My personal choice of financial investment in my daughters’ (2) earliest developmental stages is taken serious. Not for us. Our son went here for a year. Cried everyday but I thought he was just crying bc he wanted to be w us. It wasn’t until we changed over to Zoo School that I realized it was the environment. The staff are good, but ownership is clearly lacking in real care for others. First, they pay the workers minimally, while obviously running a million dollar business. They don’t provide the workers with viable health insurance, while they could financially. I left a 5 star about 10 months ago but wanted to post a current 5 star review. We have two toddlers there, and have had nothing but a great experience. We had enrolled them at two other schools before attending this one, it’s a night and day difference. I was very hesitant about the Spanish immersion, but they have picked it up and learned so much from it. Between the Montessori and the way the teachers are structured there, my kids have excelled. I highly recommend the school and their staff.
