This company provides great care, virtually! It doesn't feel like a big corporation, but a small independent practice. When you call, Dr Montesano answers the phone herself. The therapy is tailored to your needs and I can't recommend this practice enough!

This is the best therapy I have ever received. Not only do I feel cared about, but this specific office is exceptional at getting back to its patients. All of them do care about their patients. And it shows. I appreciate that they communicate so well and listen to their patients. Especially Kee. One of a kind. Again I'm really grateful for this office, as I've been ghosted by a therapist before. And I'm truly grateful for the stability and Trust that they prove every day.

If you’re looking for a therapist in Antioch or the Lake County area, Montesano Psychological Center is definitely worth checking out. They offer virtual therapy across Illinois and have a small, personal feel that’s hard to find with bigger mental health companies. It’s a great option if you want something more local and connected.

Keerthana is an amazing therapist. I always had her full attention and never once felt judged. She made me feel validated for my feelings. I feel like she genuinely cares. If you are looking for a therapist I highly recommend her and the Montesano Psychological Center

Dr. Liara Montesano is a highly qualified outstanding therapist. She is knowledgeable, creative, empathetic and intuitive. I feel very lucky to have found her. I have chronic complex PTSD and with her expertise and commitment, I have been able to greatly improve both the management of my condition and my quality of life. I highly recommend her!
