pretty disappointing sandwich (hero). ingredients were great, but there were $5 worth of them in an $18 sandwich. if money is no object, just request double meat and pay whatever they want you to and i bet it’ll be a great. just wish we had known to do that before we ordered!
The first time walk into this place, discover many wonderful products. Looking for special Italian item that was glad I found it. The market area have beautiful decor items to setting up a magical tables for every occasion. jam, oils, cookies and more can be purchased for a special gift.
I’ve been coming to this Deli for years, even before it was bought out by the new owner, and I can vouch that they still have great sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. I drive all the way out from Goleta to come get my usual order of the Genoa salami Italian sandwich along with a bag of chips and have always had a pleasant experience in the store and with the staff members (especially with Ray!) Got food poisoning from the Egg Salad sandwich yesterday.
I don’t know if I have ever written a bad review in yelp before but I also have never had such an awful experience in Montectio before! I’m back and forth from LA and but had never been into Montectio market and Deli before so we decided to go in and check it out today.
