DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PIANO APPRAISAL. I needed a piano appraisal for an insurance claim, so I used this company and paid them $200 to come out. The appraisal was very unprofessional and confusing with three different ranges on numbers. I couldn't submit it to my insurance because it was so unclear. When I voiced this to Monte, he stopped responding to my text messages.
