Worst company. Waiting for the Taxi for 1.5h and then being ghosted.
I scheduled a 4:45 am pickup for a ride to the airport for an early flight. When no cab had arrived by 4:50, I called the dispatch and was told the driver was running late but was on his way. No ETA could be provided. 15 minutes later and there was still no cab. I cancelled the ride, called an Uber and barely made my flight. I’ve used yellow cab in the past because they are typically much less expensive than uber for early morning rides. From now on I’ll pay extra for uber. At least they show up.
Had a 3.30am pick up to airport - they arrived right on time as booked and the service was A1
Drivers are reckless and inconsiderate
Ordered cab for noon to the airport and they showed up 40 minutes late
