Cab #21 needs to have his metal revoked, almost hit someone today on Franklin Street around 12:06pm because he was distracted on the phone
Operators don’t answer the phone between 2am and 4am, happened twice today and yesterday. Taxi drivers are reliable but not the Operators.
Horrible customer service. Would have missed my flight today if I would have not called uber . Tom a Yellow cab receptionist said that they do not booking in advance . So we called half and hour before . He said he has booked it . When I went to check 5 mints before . He put my phone on block . So I gave a call from landline. He said we looking for a cab . I would suggest if you can’t do costumer service close your business . Don’t make fool of ppl .
Worst company. Waiting for the Taxi for 1.5h and then being ghosted.
