Attempted to call facility multiple occasions and no one could seem to help with getting my in contact with the DON or appropriate social services. Ended up getting hung up on.
My mother was recently here at Monterey Park Rehab. What an amazing place. The nurses were so kind. Would like to mention Brian and Jeremy. My mother is pretty stubborn and they were able to work with her and get her to do her therapy. If you are looking for a place to send your loved one this is the place.
