My relative was in Monterey Park Convalescent & on 8/27 /25 transferred to another facility , I am this persons POA & not notified about this transfer. When I found out he was transferred elsewhere I called & they tried to brush me off. Unfortunately it’s the weekend & no,one takes any responsibility so tomorrow 9/15/25 I will calling them again & contact the ombudsman. His friends & I didn’t know where he went, what a disgusting way to treat people.

Amazing place. Amazing staff there. I am family of a patient here and the social worker Ms Bi , Rehab therapists Howard Tristan Rowena Sue are all very good.
We have received the best care and support from this facility. The staff are attentive and made sure that my family member was comfortable. In addition, it was clean and well-maintained.
Monterey Park Convalescent is a well-maintained and welcoming skilled nursing facility. The staffs are very kind and professional, ensuring high-quality care for all residents. Their physical and occupational therapy teams are particularly exceptional in rehabilitation services. The nursing staff exemplify great professionalism, specially Melinda and Zenny. Social Worker Bi is incredibly helpful, and Yulianna provides outstanding support. Together, they form an excellent team dedicated to providing top-notch care
