Good afternoon People getting through to anyone in the Wic office I Westchester Sq is impossible. I have a five month old baby who is allergic to his Enfamil. I have the form filled out from the doctor two weeks ago I called relating this message to a representative through Wic and they let me know because my benefits will come on August 6 that I had to wait and purchase the milk for the next two weeks on my own which each can cost $54 so not only have I been purchasing the cans on my own spent over $600 on milk when I’m eli... read more
This office needs to be shut down. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable the amount of times I’ve called and no one picks up. I did my renewal and the next day my benefits weren’t available. I couldn’t reach a single person for A WEEK.
Never was given a follow up appointment for renewal, called TWICE with no answer, absolutely ridiculous!
