Bought a new jacket only to learn 2 weeks later it was on sale. Contacted the store and was told they wouldn’t provide any credit. I was only looking for credit against new clothing, not a refund. Given their lack of customer consideration I don’t see much a future, sadly for their business. It’s a shame given their great product mix. They certainly lost me!!!
