We just opened two accounts here and are very pleased with the experience. The staff was well-versed in trusts/estate issues. Staff is friendly and parking is easy. Best of all, you can talk to a real person on the phone instead of dealing with an idiot chatbot.
Balances do not update over the weekend, atm unavailability (atm is serviced before opening, making it unavailable in the morning while the bank is also closed) and lack of after hours or weekend customer service is an issue. People there are great. The Bank itself isnt.
