For some reason, the reliability has taken a complete dump the past 2 weeks. Customer service is useless and is the only regional company who doesn’t care or understand the importance of riders get to their jobs. Edited to add that bus companies can be sued for their inconsistency when damages (loss of income) are incurred.

This bus line is consistently delayed without explanations or any accountability. Though seats and the design of the bus is generally cleaner, you can expect ti wait an hour between buses with no real explanation or reason. For a modern bus line with government subsidies and a paying ridership this level of service is completely unprofessional. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Most unreliable bus routes ever. I don't even know why they bother to post bus schedules if they never adhere to it. They have no concern about commuters. I hate that they won't allow other bus lines to come into the city when they can't provide an efficient service. They have very few lines running and they still can't manage to keep the buses running on time. Terrible service.
