I visited 2/21/2026 for laser hair removal. Unfortunately, the procedure caused burns and scarring on my skin that have lasted two weeks. I have had laser treatments before without any issues, so I was surprised by the results.

I arranged for 2 Xerf sessions. The first one went fine and I liked my aesthetician. The problem with this business happened at my next visit. Everyone in my house had come down with Covid and I was starting to feel sick so I called this practice to reschedule. The lady who answered (I realized later she was the owner) was obviously annoyed at my need and very rude, putting me on hold to go “talk to them in the back”.
