I went to the west Caldwell office and I absolutely love it there everyone is SOOOO nice I had Amanda do my laser hair removal and she was so sweet and gentle and knowledgeable ! Cannot wait for more sessions. As for Botox I saw Megan and she was phenomenal highly recommend both of them !!
The full amount of my wife's bill was paid in June of 2026. Despite this, and despite having each charged removed by AmEx, they continue to bill me on a monthly basis. They are well aware that the bill is paid off, they have not challenged any of the AmEx disputes - but the charges keep coming. GREED, SLOPPINESS or ARROGANCE - not sure which one is driving this. I wouldn't ever go near the place after this.
