MontBell makes amazing gear and outdoor clothing. Definitely high end and the prices reflect that but worth it
Came in to buy a jacket, ran off by the employee’s condescending attitude. Plenty of other clothing stores in Boulder to visit before coming back to this one.
Their warranty is worthless, the third time using a rain shell, the zipper completely disintegrated. Promptly put in a warranty request and just as fast it was denied, as user error not product defect. Reading reviews of others warranty tales of woe I'm not surprised. Wish I would of known before I dropped $300 on this jacket. Stick with Patagonia and OR who both have honored their warranties for me.
