My e-bike needed a quick fix on Labor Day Weekend. When I called to see if the staff could fit me in, they did not hesitate to say “sure stop by and let us take a look at it and if we can fix the issue on the spot, we will”. I rode my bike to shop and the issue was fixed. My husband and I highly recommend the Montauk Cycle Company!
Kyle and Chris were extremely helpful and nice. Helped me with my tire and gave me good advice about getting into road biking. I will definitely come back again!

Montauk Cycle Company was great! Chris and Kyle were very friendly and knowledgeable. I rented an e-bike and it made it so pleasant to bike around town. I would not think I could have biked over 6 miles one-way to the lighthouse, but the e-bike enabled me to bike around all day. Highly recommend this place to get a bike and a unique experience in Montauk!
Fire place and really helpful. Kind workers too willing to help with anything and fast service as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for help on bikes, they know it all
