My wife and I visited this store recently and were surprised to see how broad the selection was. We found the staff to be helpful and willing to take time with us, even offering local information to us as out of town visitors.
Going to miss this place.
Excellent service and knowledge of even the most obscure tools. The owner has been there on multiple visits, but you would never know it - all the people there act like owners! We are lucky to have such a great resource in Missoula. I have bought a Table saw, routers, blades, bits, clamps, sanders and numerous hand tools here, many on their recommendations. Very Satisfied.
Shopped here once about 9 months ago looking for a specific product. The guy who "helped" me blew off everything I said and gave me a blank stare the entire time. Unfortunately I still bought it. Not making that mistake again. Why would I just randomly pick your store to leave a 1 star review? Maybe I just didn't want to waste any more of my time on your sorry business.
