The first and third floor are very nice, I hope they don't ruin the first floor with the upcoming redesign. The people at the front desk do not want to talk to you and you feel like a inconvenience when you need to ask them something.
Wow. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this library. Very rude staff, I simply cant believe the good reviews on here. This is not the place to go if you need help. Avoid at all costs.
I have spent countless hours here and for good reason. Highly recommend the 3rd/4th floor if you're looking to grind, and otherwise there's plenty of collaborative space throughout. Loads of computers and printing options as well
