Had a wonderful experience renting the osprey from Montana Overlanding. Aaron was great to work with - flexible and gave us a great bear safety training and provided bear spray for the trip. We camped in Yellowstone with no issues. The truck was well provisioned and easy to maneuver through the mountain roads. Both the rooftop tent and the truck bed was extremely comfy to sleep in. We just got back from a week long trip to Yellowstone and the Tetons in Aaron’s “Osprey” truck. Aaron was very hospitable. He reached out a few days before our trip to confirm our arrival time and address any concerns we had. Upon arrival, we got a quick but thorough rundown on the truck and all of its functions. The truck was in excellent condition, very clean, and contained everything we needed to cook and sleep for the week. Spend a week in this rooftop tent all over Yellowstone September 2025. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, this Jeep was exactly what we needed to get around the park to various trailheads and tourist attractions. Aaron was available and accessible for questions and concerns throughout the rental process (starting in April) He met us at Bozeman airport and thoroughly explained all aspects of the vehicle (and the bear safety talk) and it's appointments. Great trip thanks to Aaron.
Our family of 4 had a fantastic adventure with the Lone Wolf. We visited all 3 national parks (Glacier, Yellowstone, & Grand Teton) and Aaron's overlander was the perfect solution to accommodate us throughout our journey. We will definitely book with Montana Overlanding again!
A great experience! Aaron was super efficient and gave us a good briefing before we set off. The equipment was in great condition and worked perfectly. We did three days in Yellowstone and enjoyed every minute. I thoroughly recommend this rental.
