I came in with my friend to ask about ebike rentals and local hiking suggestions. Matt greeted us and was not only very friendly and helpful, but he also gave some great information and suggestions. We ended up not renting from them but Matt really stood out by providing incredible service, suggestions, and helping to make the most out of our trip. Thanks so much!
I just purchased a new Aventure M (awesome bike by the way) and the customer service was fantastic. They were super helpful and friendly with the entire process. You can tell that they care a lot about their customers. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Montana E-Bikes is where everyone should go for looking to enjoy Montana with a bike. They have an awesome combination of professionalism and passion for what they do, from the owner and family to their multiple employees. They even helped us out on the fly when things weren't working out as planned. Their website has great recommendations on what sort of rides might fit your ability or interest. My husband and I actually rented bikes here last September but we talk about how great it was all the time, I had to come back to write a review! The bikes were fantastic, we rode on the trails up the mountain. The bikes have gps and directions that worked perfectly for us. The guys were super nice and overall it was just an amazing experience!
