Super nice/helpful folks who set us up with a couple of fat tire bikes. Road up and around the lake for a nice ride. Pleased with the bikes. Thanks!
Super friendly staff. I ended up having an e-bike malfunction while on going to the sun road but they made it right. I’d be happy to give them another chance
Excellent experience!! The bike was in good shape and staff were helpful. I had a wonderful day out on my e-bike. I especially loved that they had a free cancellation policy so that I could book it ahead of time and wait and see what GTTS road conditions were like. Of course, make sure to give 24 hours notice if you cancel - I hope people don’t abuse this because it’s SO helpful. Also so grateful that they had folding bikes for my tiny rental car. Great business to rent from!!
Montana E-bikes is top notch service. They helped us out with transporting the bikes in a last minute bind. Our adventure biking the Going to the Sun road up to Logan Pass was the highlight of our trip. I would recommend Montana E bikes if you want knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly service! Mitch, Eric and the staff were great. Throughout the entire process they were super responsive and flexible. The bikes were good and the staff has great instructions on different tours to do around Whitefish. Would highly recommend this group and use them again.
