Montana E-Bikes is a first class operation. Josh, the owner, gave my family and me the most wonderful service. He is so helpful and accommodating. I absolutely recommend you check out Montana E-Bikes if you head to Whitefish!
Great day with great friends and we all rode our bikes all over Whitefish. No issues and what was cool was we rented two bikes and by the end our friends want to buy two bikes. Can’t say enough about the customer service and bikes here at Montana E-Bikes Thank you for the memories today!! 😊🇺🇸
We had a reserved rental at whitefish outfitters. When we got there, they failed to notify us that the bike we rented broke a few days prior. They didn’t bother to call us and let us know. So we went to Montana e bikes. These guys rented us 6 bikes last minute. The bikes were way better. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and I’m glad it didn’t work out at the other place because it was a night and day difference between the shops. This is definitely the place to go in Whitefish for bike rentals!
I am a woman of a certain age and a big gal as well. I was anxious coming in to talk about renting an ebike. I met Coutan and he could not have been nicer to deal with. He treated me with compassion and grace and professionalism. In a world where it is easy for me to not be seen, he had my back and I am forever grateful.
