Since they switched to staples customer service sucks spent half a hour talking to a foreign guy and just hung up after 15 minutes and didn’t get anything accomplished. When usually takes me 1 minute to get a order in
03/28/24, at around 11:35am, a Montana Broom & Brush van turned left out of the STRAIGHT lane off of 15th St N onto River Drive N, nearly forcing a red pickup that was turning from the left turn lane into oncoming traffic in the process. The driver then floored it and ran the light as it turned red at River Drive N and 9th St. Piss poor way to represent a company, and an absolute menace to others on the road.
Just saw one of their vans racing about 60 mph down a one way in Great Falls. Wouldn't give this wreckless business 1 star if it wasn't required.
Great place to go and get the basics I need for my business. They are always willing to help.
One of the only places in town that you can buy Torani syrups (5 stars for that). However, the older gentleman that works there is very abrasive and condescending. The employees are friendly and helpful.
