David Sobral was amazing and really helped with any questions that popped up, trying to schedule future appointments with the lady who answers the phone was horrible. She hung up on me and when I called back no one wanted to pick up the phone and my call kept being declined. She doesn’t speak clearly so you can barely hear her, I wish there was the same amount of effort put in by the whole team. Scheduling is going to be the hardest part.
