I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY GOT RID OF JOE! MY MOM SUE WAS SO UPSET. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT REALLY CARED FOR MY MOM AND THE REST OF HER FELLOW RESIDENTS. BEFORE HIM THERE REALLY WASNT ANY ACTIVITIES GOING ON. I HOPE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
All the worker there are so nice and they are so helpful they love and care for the residence as if they were there own!
The food is making my friend sick! We had dinner with her, and they were not wearing gloves when they served the food. There is a person that looks unshaven and not clean,a man wearing a dress. Not in uniform. People waiting to be served look afraid to talk. That male in a dress talked down to my friend the resident who is paying thousands as like the other resident who pay a lot... They deserve better! We seen another employee come back with food on the cart, he was supposed to deliver to a resident, asking another employee... read more
Our family is deeply grateful for the care our mother received at Woodlake Legacy. The staff went above and beyond, treating her with love, compassion, and dignity every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism provided us with peace of mind, knowing Mom was in such capable and caring hands. We cannot recommend Woodlake highly enough for anyone seeking quality senior care.
