I am so impressed with Woodlake Legacy. This community is always active. Today there is music in the parlor, a pianist who is quite talented. I am always greeted with friendly faces, both Bonnie and Carla at reception are so helpful. The executive director Matt cares deeply about his team and residents. I would highly recommend Woodlake Legacy to anyone looking for Senior Living options.
Bella is very friendly and courteous to everyone and always makes sure we eat and finds alternatives if needed she is always polite and caring, she gives great service and always goes out of her way
In searching for a great spot for Mom Woodlake was a clear winner above the rest. There is a great energy from both the staff and residents, a lightness and caring.
After visiting several other facilities walking into Woodlake Legacy was the most welcomming and heartwarming environment. Far exceeding the other facilities, the staff genuinely care about both the residents and the family and made us feel relieved of finally finding a good place for my mom. Upper management and owner have been very kind and understanding regarding our needs and concerns. Highly recommend this wonderful community and staff.
