The first time we looked at Woodlake was over a year ago. I want to say that when we came back this month for another look the building looked like a new place. There was a full renovation done and it looks stunning. There was obviously lots of thought (and money ) put into the building that makes a really nice calming and soothing vibe. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was polished, and the entire experience felt effortless. They make excellence look suspiciously easy.
I am very disappointed and disgusted with Wellness Director Trischelle Sheeler. She is extremely unprofessional. Everything else about this place is great though, and the rest of the staff. But when my family and I came to visit my Stepfather, I heard Trischelle getting upset at her employees for telling Matthew (Who I believe is the highest level manager) about something she messed up on! Very odd. I was eavesdropping, but employees should be able to freely speak their mind, and I shouldn’t have even heard that conversation... read more
