Friendly staff good food plenty of things to do
My family has been at this facility for years, and we have seen a lot of changes. Sadly, this is the worst it has ever been. We have made complaints, but nothing seems to change, which is why I have decided to take our concerns to the news. Families pay a lot of money expecting their loved ones to receive good care, clean rooms, good meals, and respect. Instead, many of those promises are not being kept. The first time we looked at Woodlake was over a year ago. I want to say that when we came back this month for another look the building looked like a new place. There was a full renovation done and it looks stunning. There was obviously lots of thought (and money ) put into the building that makes a really nice calming and soothing vibe.
