This so-called "bus service" in Fitchburg is a nothing but a joke. Their routes don't cover most of Fitchburg and are more or less convenient only for those who live in the center. However, the routes miss the whole large sections of Fitchburg and important directions, so many people can't use public transportation at all for their purposes. Nick is such a great bus driver today he waited for me Up at orchard hill plaza for me to come out of the target store nick he drives route 8 is such wonderful guy love him.
Drivers have not been on time for a single morning pickup. Scheduled pickup is 8:30 and it is currently 9:00 pm with no answer because ive been on hold for 15 MINUTES. I have been late to class 3 times in the past 2 weeks because of them. Ended up needing to take an uber. Not sure what im even paying for at this point. Update: The driver doesnt even arrive at the right part of the building the next day, and they cancel both my pickup and afternoon pickup. Genuinely the most incompetent service i have ever seen.
