It is hard to think of a better example of an American public service that the Metro West transit authority. The utter contempt they show for the people who want to use their services is admirable and their hatred for the poor and those who do not wish to participate in this car centric hellscape is palpable. The buses are never on time. The drivers leave as late or early as they want to. Connecting buses don't wait for each other.

We had a time of 11 on sat they came at 10 because she didn't want to come back and she is one of the most nasty mart driver and she is very mean and nasty she does what she wants bus was number 2491 on sat Feb 21 something has to be done with her ty and the dispatcher was very rude also he always has no people skills at all

Bus driver on route 3 in Leominster refused to pick me up and also would not let me off the bus after I signaled to be let off. He drove to monument square a block away. Which isn't much but it's icy out. .He is rude and also would not let an elder woman with groceries get onto the bus, because she had too many bags whish was 3 bags. Several.other people have complained he wouldn't pick them up after trying to flag him down. Please make him retire. He is miserable and should not be working with the public.
