My back has improved tremendously after seeing Vivien. I was advised by Vivien to try Clinical Pilates after some sessions of physio with her and haven’t looked back. She is extremely knowledgeable and understands exactly what my body requires to be able to pain free and strong. I highly recommend this physiotherapy and Vivien!!
