I've been shopping (online) at Monster's in Motion for several years now. I have to say that I really appreciate how they work hard to help out their customers AND offer some of the best and hard-to-find items! The thing to remember about this type of store and the merchandise they carry is that, while they keep as much as they can in stock, much of what they offer is in the process of being created and/or only available for preorder, which they note in the description. What can I say? Called them about an order I placed two months ago (which never went through!) and called them to confirm that I actually ordered it. Despite it not showing up on their end, I went ahead and made sure it did over the phone. Since I live in Orange County, I actually drove out there and they were very prompt with getting my item to me once I arrived. Kudos to the team at Monsters In Motion; needless to say, I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
