I ordered a shock package for my 2020 Ski Doo Grand Touring in April 2020. Ian was great to deal with in fine tuning the right package for my sled and riding style. Everything was shipped as described. I began the installation in Nov 2020. I had several questions that came up during the installation (this was my first time working on snowmobile suspension). Ian responded quickly and gave clear directions. What incredible after-the-sale service. I highly recommend Monster Performance.
